Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
Due to the nature of our handcrafted beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and reason for the return in your message. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients
- Products used improperly or contrary to instructions
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Products affected by extreme weather conditions during transit, including melting due to heat
