Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99 on all orders
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Carrier
We ship via USPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Honey’s Beauty Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Honey’s Beauty Products is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error has been made, contact us immediately at honeysbeautyproducts@gmail.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
